AWARD WINNING AGENT KNOWS HOW TO DELIVER SALES
RE/MAX Stars broker owner, Lisa Walden, claimed second spot in the New Zealand network’s transaction-based ranking of its sales associates when awards were announced at the RE/MAX New Zealand 3rd September Rally in Queenstown.
Top sales associates’ achievements for the first six months of 2020 are calculated on gross overall commissions and number of transaction sides. Lisa Walden ranked 4th for commission, closely followed by Yasemin Mead claiming the 5th place and Gemma Rowlinson taking out 6th.
Ms Walden said forging a successful real estate sales career was not something done in isolation but required the support of peers along with mentors and educators.
“Bringing any sale to a successful conclusion involves both the seller and the buyer, with agents and finance specialists as the experienced professionals to mediate and negotiate along the way. The relationship amongst sellers, buyers, sales associates, finance specialists and support staff plays an active part in property exchanging hands,” she said.
RE/MAX New Zealand CEO, Don Ha said real estate agents had experienced a lot through the first half of 2020.
“This award represents consistently outstanding real estate experiences for Lisa, Gemma and Yasemin’s clients and I sincerely congratulate them for this,” Mr Ha said.
